Machinery park
The use of extensive and modern machinery in production offers many advantages. With continuous investments in maintenance and renewal, we ensure that our machines remain in optimal condition and high efficiency is guaranteed.
By minimising downtime and increasing throughput times, we increase our productivity and reduce costs. We can also react more flexibly to customer requirements and increase production capacity in some cases.
Our automated production lines are a special feature. Here, around 120 robots work in two parallel production lines. At present, longitudinal beam production takes place there. The modern plant is supported by a driverless transport system for raw materials, finished goods and containers in the production and storage area.
Thanks to synergies from our group of companies at the Brautlach site, the machinery can be flexibly expanded on an individual basis.
