Become part of our team and take responsibility for our modern apprenticeship workshop! With us, you will supervise apprentices in the fields of machining, mechanics and tool mechanics – with a practical focus, on equal terms and with plenty of creative freedom.

YOUR TASKS

– You will be responsible for the technical and pedagogical supervision of around 16 trainees
– You plan and organize the practical training in close coordination with the specialist departments
– You further develop apprenticeship content and bring modern methods into the workshop
– You accompany the trainees individually – from the first day to the successful final examination
– You work closely with vocational schools, chambers and external partners
– You take on administrative tasks in the apprenticeship workshop and conduct job interviews
– You will support the organization of apprenticeship activities and represent us at apprenticeship fairs and similar events

YOUR PROFILE

– Completed apprenticeship in the metal sector (e.g. cutting machine operator, industrial mechanic or tool mechanic), ideally with a master craftsman’s or technician’s qualification
– Successfully completed apprenticeship aptitude test in accordance with AEVO
– Experience in training apprenticeships or a genuine interest in passing on your experience
– Enthusiasm for technology, organizational talent and pedagogical skills
– Strong communication skills and the ability to guide, support and motivate trainees in a targeted manner
– Ability to work in a team, flexibility and reliability
– Very good written and spoken German
