In the area of measurement engineering, we work with hand-crafted and CNC-controlled Zeiss measurement machines. With this equipment, tactile 3-D measurements are performed on ruled-geometry and free-form surfaces. With the photogrammetric measuring method, we can completely measure surfaces and also feed back into CAD surfaces. This is particularly
advantageous for testing and in the area of reverse engineering.
Inspection methods used on our components include testing of surface-finish, surface-crack inspection, metallurgic inspection, hardness testing, unbuttoning test or ultrasonic testing.
