Within the manufacturing sector for internalhigh-pressure forming (Hydroforming), we have achieved outstanding and successful developmental work. We are in the position today to manufacture highly complex components with pressures of up to 3,000 bar.
Internal high-pressure forming is a manufacturing method in which a pipe-shaped initial product is formed with the use of internal pressure. This technology is used in the automotive branch for such things as car-body and chassis components.
A further important element in the hydroforming process is the control of the forming procedure. The process control developed within our company and perfected over several years allows us to control the process very precisely, in order to fully exploit the forming capabilities of the material.

TECHNOLOGY THAT BENDS PIPES.
With competent application and the use of suitable techniques, a wide range of pipe components can be made from a simple piece of pipe.
We are also highly equipped for bent-pipe parts and pipe welded assemblies. Our machinery is designed for large pipe diameters and wall thicknesses.
For special pipe endings – such as flanges, grooves, slots or notches – we develop manu-
facturing cells so that these ends are formed onto the component.
