Thanks to the wide range of forming methods used in our company, we are always able to use the most suitable manufacturing method for your components.

Deep-drawing and fl uid-forming presses
Die-cut, stamped and drawn parts are manufactured to their final form with the greatest precision on hydraulic and mechanical presses of 10 to 1,000 t.
Aside from simple press and stamp procedures, deep drawing and fluid-forming operations are also performed. Large volumes are economically produced on modern, fully mechanized presses. Complex forming processes are developed and confirmed with the use of state-of-the-art forming simulation.
The products are subsequently precision-adjusted for production and produced under constant monitoring of parameters by highly qualified technicians. The goal is a “frozen”, stable serial-production process. Aside from the processing of common types of steel in automotive engineering, we have specialized primarily in the processing of high-tensile, high-strength steels as well as heat-formable, ultra-high-strength steel grades. Thanks to many years of collaboration with the aeronautic, engine and power-plant industries, our repertoire also includes hard-to-form aluminum alloys, stainless steel and exotic materials such as titanium alloys, magnesium alloys and nickel-based materials.
