The multiaxial CNC-controlled processing of enginecomponents using a laser represents an economical
and extremely flexible manufacturing method. We’ve specialized in the use of this method for many years.

Fluid cell press, pressing table with built-in tool

Active principle – fluid cell press
We have had an excellent reputation for years in the turbine-component sector as both a development and a manufacturing partner.
We have produced guide vanes for use in steam turbine power plants for several decades now.
Our competence in the area of engines stretches from the new fabrication of engine components to production of assemblies for engine test stands.
We also possess a high level of technology in the repair of engine components. In this way, we can detect the geometry of damaged components, detach sub-ranges from the component, create the appropriate replacement part, and laser-weld the replacement part onto the component in need of repair.
MATERIALS IN PERFECT FORM.
We have been active in the area of production of wing and fuselage components for passenger aircraft for a long time. Aluminum or titanium alloys are the most-used materials in this area..
The heart of the manufacture of cell components is the fluid cell press. With a maximum trough size of 2,800 x 1,600 x 280 mm and a maximum press force of 1,400 bar, this press is among the largest in Europe. This press puts us in the position to create large components.
Because only one half of the tool is required for forming with a fluid cell press, the tool costs are especially low. This allows economical production of low volumes.
We can also offer upstream technologies relating to pressing, such as peripheral milling and heat treatment of aluminum alloys as well as upstream methods such as truing the components. If desired, any of these activities can also be individually carried out in close, trusting cooperation with the customer.
